User Group
As well as a partnership with Two-Ten, our customers enjoy a constructive partnership with each other. We facilitate collaboration and interaction between customers, exchanging ideas for best clinical practice, training methods and research projects and have implemented a web-based system to facilitate this collaborative dialog between all our users. Customers also use this system to standardize their approach to issues such as clinical coding for collaborative research project.
The Salud users take it in turn to host an annual User-Group meeting which in most cases is attended by the Dean and other senior members of faculty and staff from each Dental School. This event is comprised of presentations and discussions from customers as well as a number of joint working sessions to develop ideas for product enhancement.
